What categories of personal information is processed?

Except as described above, Ampersand does not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Storage and retention
Ampersand will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary:
- For the purposes for which the information was collected;

- To respond to any questions, complaints or claims that may be made by you or on your behalf; or
- To keep records as required by law.
Different retention periods apply for different types of personal information.
Ampersand takes the following into account when deciding how long to retain personal information:
- Whether the personal information is necessary to perform a contract with you;
- Whether the Personal information is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
